PLYMOUTH — A fight broke out at Plymouth golf course in 2018 resulting in part of Daniel Menton’s finger being bitten off. Menton is now suing three years later.
Derek Harkins was indicted back in 2018 in connection to the case. He is now being sued for biting off the top of Menton’s finger at the golf tournament back in 2018.
He had pleaded not guilty to assault and battery at that time and was sentenced to two years probation which will end November 5, 2022.
In the court complaint document the intoxicated Derek Harkins punched Menton and then proceeded to bite off the tip of his index finger.
Menton is seeking at least $104,000 for injury expenses and future medical expenses.
