Prosecutor: 2 teens in custody for fatal Lynn shooting

LYNN, Mass. — An 18-year-old man has been ordered held without bail in connection with a triple shooting in Lynn last week that left a 25-year-old dead.

Lynn Police say three men were shot on Lawton Avenue early Saturday morning.

The two other victims were hospitalized.

On Friday morning, the Essex County District Attorney told Boston 25 News that 18-year-old Victor Alexander Figueroa-Flores was arrested in Lynn on Thursday in connection to Danis' death.

Victor Figueroa-Flores was arraigned Friday in Lynn District Court on a murder charge. He pleaded not guilty.

The DA says a 16-year-old Lynn man was also arrested in Middletown, New York. Officials say details on his status and return to Massachusetts to face the murder charge are unclear.
