LYNN, Mass. — The 13-year-old victim of a drowning in Lynn over the weekend has been identified by the District Attorney.
Jose Angel Capellan Rodriguez was pulled from the water in the reservoir known as Walden Pond in Lynn Woods around 2:30 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to Lynn Union Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
State Police and the District Attorney are investigating the death but said they do not suspect foul play.
