Three Nashua, NH residents charged with trafficking drugs in federal investigation

CONCORD, NH — Three Nashua residents are facing federal drug trafficking charges following an investigation by the New Hampshire Homeland Security Task Force.

According to U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan, Rony Guzman-Encarnacion, 31, Sabrina Cespedes, 27, and Bryan Guzman, 24, were arrested Thursday on allegations related to the distribution of methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Court documents allege that Guzman-Encarnacion and Cespedes sold methamphetamine to law enforcement during a controlled drug purchase. Bryan Guzman is accused of selling fentanyl pills to investigators in a separate controlled purchase.

Guzman-Encarnacion and Cespedes have been charged with distribution and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, as well as conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.

Bryan Guzman has been charged with distribution and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances.

Federal prosecutors said the charges carry a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

An investigation remains ongoing.
