Stewie Vuitton, a miniature horse from Mass., named finalist in Cadbury Bunny tryouts

ANDOVER, Mass. — A miniature rescue horse who now calls Massachusetts home has been named one of 10 finalists in this year’s race to become the next Cadbury Bunny.

The popular candy brand recently put the call out to rescue pet parents across the country to enter their animals for a chance to earn a starring role in the 2023 “Cadbury Clucking Bunny” Easter commercial.

Stewie Vuitton, a rescue animal at the Andover-based nonprofit Lifting Spirits Miniature Therapy Horses, is currently in the running to appear in the annual commercial.

If selected to appear in the commercial, Stewie would be dressed in a pair of Cadbury Bunny ears. A number of other pets are in the running including dogs, cats, horses, and even beavers.

Despite being small, Stewie is said to have a big heart and a fun presence. He loves green apples and enjoys joining his furry friends on visits to hospitals, veterans, schools, and people of all ages and disabilities bringing joy, hope, and wellbeing.

Stewie, who has dwarfism, was rescued from an auction in Ohio in 2021. He is now 5 years of age and stands about 2 feet in height.

Voting ends on March 14. To vote for Stewie, click here.
