BILLERICA, Mass. — Billerica police are investigating an armed robbery after a U.S Postal Service worker had an arrow key taken from them.
According to police, the incident occurred around 4:25 PM on Thursday, when officers were dispatched to 5 Brick Kiln Road to reports of a robbery.
Once there, officers learned that two men in a black Cadillac had displayed a handgun and demanded the arrow key from the worker at the facility parking lot.
The suspects then entered the vehicle and went towards Chelmsford Street.
According to the United States Postal Service, an arrow key is a universal key given to employees to "access collection boxes, outdoor parcel lockers, cluster box units, and apartment panels."
No injuries were reported and Billerica police are investigating.
