WESTFORD, Ma — A moose that was found wandering near a Westford church was safely relocated Friday.
The moose was in distress near Saint Catherine’s Church when Westford and state officials responded.
First responders were able to cool the female moose down with water and sedate her for transport elsewhere, according to the Westford Fire Department.
