BEVERLY, Mass. — A 47-year-old Peabody man, reportedly missing more than two weeks ago, was found dead in Beverly Saturday evening.
The Essex District Attorney’s Office told Boston 25 News Daniel Donovan, 47, of Peabody, was discharged from Beverly Hospital on Jan. 26. He was reported missing by his family the next day when he did not return home, and they were unable to contact him.
Authorities say at approximately 4:22 p.m. Saturday, Beverly Police received calls about a deceased man in the woods in the area of 40 Woodland Avenue. Beverly Police and EMS responded and found Donovan shortly after.
The Essex District Attorney’s Office is currently investigating the incident but says foul play is not suspected.
