FALMOUTH, Mass. — A man has died in Falmouth after he was arrested and taken into custody following an alleged fight near a Cape Cod restaurant.
Cape & Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe says 30-year-old Bruce Enos was arrested along with 32-year-old Jarrod Scott-Reynolds after officers “observed a disturbance in front of Anejo Mexican Bistro” in Falmouth.
The DA says an officer stopped his vehicle at about 12:15 A.M. Friday and attempted to break up a fight between the two men, who were both arrested, and taken to the Falmouth Police Station.
The district attorney’s office says Enos collapsed at the station and “Falmouth Police immediately attended to him and summonsed Falmouth Rescue.”
Enos was taken to to Falmouth Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The case is being investigated by State Police detectives assigned to the Cape & Islands District Attorney’s Office and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
