FOXBORO, Mass — Tom Brady’s future is up in the air. The seven-time Super Bowl champion is set to become a free agent this summer, leaving the Buccaneers QB free to don a new uniform for his 24th NFL season - if he doesn’t decide to trade his football cleats for a Fox microphone.
Although Vegas believes both the Buccanneers and Patriots should be considered Top 5 favorites to land The GOAT’s services, two of Brady’s longest-tenured teammates see him in an entirely new location next season.
“If he has another season, it’s not going to be in Tampa Bay,” the former Patriots wideout said during a new episode of “Inside the NFL” on Paramount+. “Tom is a businessman. He’s going to do exactly what he did when he left New England. He’s going to go to the best situation that helps him win.”

Brady returning for a 21st-season New England would be a fitting capstone on a Hall of Fame career. But Rob Gronkowski thinks the possibility is one fairy tale ending that will have to stay just that - a fairy tale.
“I would 100% be surprised if he went back to New England, no doubt,” Gronkowski said during an episode of Travis and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast. “It would be nuts, it would be a crazy story, but I just really don’t see that happening. But you never know.
“I’m not Tom, I’m just putting my analyzing skills out there, and I think that would be a tough shot for him to back to New England. But it’s open.”
