WOBURN, Mass. — Motorists are being warned of lengthy traffic delays after a garbage truck rolled over on Interstate 93 in Woburn on Friday morning.
The crash happened on the southbound side of the highway in the area of Route 128 just as drivers hit the road at the height of the morning commute.
