MANCHESTER, N.H. — A firefighter was injured Monday morning as the Manchester Fire Department worked to knock down a fire in a building on South Beech Street, according to a spokesperson for the department.
The firefighter was taken to the hospital, but there was no word on the extent of his injuries.

Officials told Boston 25 News they were able to knock the fire down shortly after arriving on scene. It was reported at 10:30 a.m. and the fire was found on the second floor of the building.
