Celtics drop Game 5 to Sixers, series heads back to Philly for Game 6

The Boston Celtics fell 113–97 to the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 5 of their first-round series Tuesday night, despite a near triple-double from Jayson Tatum.

Boston struggled offensively, shooting just 11-of-39 from three. Philadelphia got big production from Joel Embiid (33 points) and Tyrese Maxey (25 points, 10 rebounds).

Game 6 of the Sixers-Celtics series will be on Thursday night in Philadelphia. The Celtics still lead the series 3-2.
