MASHPEE, Mass. — The Starbucks is Mashpee has temporarily closed as a precaution after an employee indicated they were experiencing potential symptoms of COVID-19, a company spokesperson told Boston 25 News.
The spokesperson said the employee has not tested positive for COVID-19. The employee and the co-workers they had close contact with are currently self-isolating.
Due to limited staffing, the store at 6 Market Street is closed and isn’t expected to reopen until August 10.
Starbucks has taken a number of steps to keep customers and workers safe amid the pandemic.
