WILMINGTON, Mass. — Authorities have launched an investigation following a serious crash in Wilmington on Monday morning.
Emergency crews responding to a report of a vehicle that had gone off the southbound side of Interstate 93 found a white sedan that had crashed into a cluster of trees.
Photos shared by the Wilmington Fire Department showed heavy damage to the car.
There was no immediate word on the extent of the driver’s injuries.
The crash led to traffic delays in the area.
