Actor Liam Neeson spotted filming movie in Massachusetts

NORWOOD, Mass. — Actor Liam Neeson was spotted filming a movie in Massachusetts over the weekend.

Lisa Tarabelli snapped photos of Neeson working on a movie set outside of the Dollhouse Museum on Walpole Street in Norwood.

Neeson is in the Bay State for the production of “Thug,” which is about an aging gangster who attempts to reconnect with his children and rectify the mistakes in his past, but the criminal underworld won’t loosen its grip willingly, according to IMDB.

The movie also features Ron Perlman, Daniel Diemer, Yolanda Ross, Levon Panek, Ghia Truesdale, and Marcus McDermott.

Scenes for the movie were also shot on the campus of Northeastern University, as well as Winthrop the North End, and Allston.

Neeson is best known for his roles in the “Taken” series, “Schindler’s List,” and “The Grey.”
