WRENTHAM, Mass. — One person has died and another suffered serious injuries after a two-car crash on Route 1 South in Wrentham Tuesday evening, according to Mass. State Police.
While police are still investigating the crash, investigators said that a 2009 Toyota Tacoma and a 2017 Nissan Rogue were involved in a head-on crash just before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Toyota, a 50-year-old man, was declared dead at the scene.
The driver of the Nissan was flown to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries. Neither victim has been identified.
