A pedestrian has been hospitalized with apparent life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car in the area of Columbus Avenue and Centre Street in Roxbury, Boston Police confirmed to Boston 25 News on Tuesday night.

Police were called to the scene around 7:45 p.m. That victim, who has not been identified, was described as a man in his 60s, sources told Boston 25′s Malini Basu.
We’re in Roxbury now. Sources tell me a man in his 60’s was crossing the street when he got hit by a car on Columbus ave&Heath st.

The driver is the smaller SUV(on right) stayed on scene.
