Dennis Police respond to 5 car crashes in 20 minutes

DENNIS, Mass. — Dennis Police had a busy Monday morning due to five motor vehicle crashes.

The first call came in at 10:44 a.m. for a two-vehicle crash on Route 28 and Trotting Park Road. Three people were injured.

One minute later, police learned of a two-vehicle crash on Old Bass River Road and Bob Crowell Road. The occupants were evaluated for injuries.

Ten minutes later at 10:55 a.m., four people were injured in a 2-vehicle crash on 636 Route 134.

At 10:57 a.m., two vehicles crashed on Route 6A at Paddocks Path. No one was injured in that crash.

Finally, at 11:04 a.m., two vehicles crashed on Upper County Road at Highbank Road. No injuries were reported in that crash.

The crashes are under investigation.
