Comcast restores service after outages across Northeast

BOSTON — Comcast customers in parts of the Northeast had connectivity issues Saturday.

Many people called into FOX25 reporting that their Comcast service was not working.

According to DownDetector.com, which tracks outages, the outage covered all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut and most of New Hampshire.

Comcast said that by 5:30 p.m., service was restored to all customers.

Comcast would not confirm how many were without service or exactly what areas were affected.
