NORWOOD, Mass. — A woman was charged Monday morning after police say she crashed into a Starbucks in Norwood.
The crash happened around 12:30 a.m. The vehicle could be seen against the side of the store on Route One in Norwood.

There was major damage sustained to the front of the car. Police say the driver ran off before officers arrived.
Later Monday morning, police say a 22-year-old Brockton woman was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and negligent operation.
Police believe the woman overcompensated and lost control of her car. Police do not believe alcohol was involved.
