FOX25 has learned Bliss was previously the superintendent at the Dover-Sherborn Public Schools, but resigned in 2015.
"The school district has not been contacted by law enforcement officials investigating these allegations but will certainly be fully cooperative should the need arise," Acting Dover-Sherborn Superintendent William H. McAlduff said.
A source tells FOX25 that Bliss has been put on leave during the investigation.
Bliss was charged with human trafficking and engaging in sexual conduct for a fee. No one answered the door when FOX25 went to his home. Worcester police tell FOX25 the undercover officer was not posing as a child.
