3 Boston residents killed in NH rollover crash on I-89

NEW LONDON, N.H. — Three Boston residents died after they were thrown from a vehicle on Interstate 89 in New Hampshire Sunday, according to the New Hampshire State Police.

Sharon Nowrocki, 44, Angelo Rossi, 57, and Kelly Rossi, 56, were driving northbound in the left lane when a car merged in front of them, causing the car to swerve and roll into the median, state police say.

All three were thrown from the car as it rolled through the median, according to state police.

Two of the passengers were pronounced dead at the scene, the third was rushed to a nearby hospital and later pronounced dead. Police did not specify who was taken to the hospital.

Police also say they did not yet know as of Monday evening who was driving the car at the time of the crash.

Interstate 89 was shut down for about four hours on Sunday while police investigated the crash.
