LYNN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Two men and a woman were arrested Saturday in Lynn after robbing a Radio Shack and leading police on a chase.
At about 12:30 p.m., three people allegedly robbed the Radio Shack on State Street armed with weapons and fled the scene. Witnesses were able to give police a description of the car the suspects were driving and officers followed them down the Lynnway.
The suspects stopped at a Walmart to change clothes, officials say. That is where police were able to set up a perimeter, close the store and take them into custody.
One man, 32, and one woman, 26, from Lynn were arrested on armed robbery charges along with a 25-year-old Boston man.
They will be held until their arraignment Monday. Their names are not being released as it is still an active investigation.
