Boston 25 Weather

Wet weather returns

INCREASING CLOUDS

Thursday starts bright with plenty of sunshine, but clouds increase through the afternoon ahead of our next storm system. Temperatures climb into the 80s, with a warm and humid feel developing later in the day.

The next round of wet weather arrives overnight Thursday into Friday. Periods of rain are expected, and a few thunderstorms are possible as the system moves through. Friday won’t be a washout, with some dry breaks and even a little sunshine, but afternoon pop-up showers and storms bring the chance for lightning and gusty winds. We will be watching the forecast closely for the World Cup match at Boston Stadium at 3pm!

WEEKEND IMPROVES, SUNDAY IS THE PICK

Saturday brings a mix of clouds and sunshine with an isolated shower possible, but most of the day stays dry. Sunday is the pick of the weekend with mostly sunny skies, lower humidity, and temperatures in the low 80s — a great day for outdoor plans.
