DEEP FREEZE
Friday morning brought in the lowest temperatures since early March, with lows in the single digits in many towns and subzero wind chills. Cold sunshine will rule today with highs only in the 20s. At least the wind will diminish!
WINTRY WEEKEND
The below average temperatures will continue this weekend with highs in the 30s (which will be an improvement from Friday’s weather).
Saturday will be mainly cloudy with some patchy light rain and snow. Watch out for a few slick roads where a coating sticks in the morning. Sunday will start with sun, but an overnight disturbance could trigger some flurries in to Monday morning-which will be frigid again.
