Seattle Kraken select Bruins D Jeremy Lauzon in NHL Expansion Draft

SEATTLE — The Seattle Kraken have selected Boston Bruins defenseman Jeremy Lauzon in the 2021 NHL Expansion Draft. The newest organization in the NHL was required to select one player from each team in the draft.

Lauzon has been with the Bruins for parts of the last three seasons, playing full-time for the club for the first time a season ago. In 41 games for the Bruins in 2021, Lauzon played on the left side up and down the Boston blue line. He netted a goal and notched seven assists last year.
