FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Following a costly turnover in New England's loss to Denver Sunday night, Chris Harper finds himself on the waiver wire.
The rookie wide receiver from California was released by the Patriots this afternoon, and is expected to return to the practice squad should he clear waivers. Harper has played in three games this season without catching a pass. He has returned three punts for 17 yards.
