Matt Beleskey, who scored eight goals in the 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs, including three game-winners, has signed a five-year deal with the Boston Bruins.
The contract is reported to be worth $19 million.
Beleskey confirmed the signing with a post to his twitter account reading, "I want to thank the Anaheim Ducks for 7 amazing years of my life. I got to grow so much as a player and a person."
He added, "My wife and I could not be happier joining the @NHLBruins. We are thrilled to be part of such an amazing organization and hockey town!!"
Beleskey played 329 career games with the Ducks, scoring 57 goals with 55 assists. His best season was 2014-15, during which he scored 22 goals while tallying 10 assists. His offensive explosion in the postseason made him a hot commodity when free agency began Wednesday afternoon.
