CHESTNUT HILL — It was a raucous reunion at Conte Forum as the 1994 Boston College basketball team was honored for its run to the Elite Eight.
Bill Curley, who led the Eagles after starring at Duxbury High School in the late eighties, was on hand as his jersey was retired in a special halftime ceremony.
I spoke with Curley, Gerrod Abram, Howard Eisley, Marc Molinsky and Danya Abrams Sunday afternoon and will be working on a special retrospective on the 1994 squad. That feature will be included on the next episode of Boston 25 Sports In Depth in early March.
Tonight, we hear from Curley and a pair of his teammates, plus former head coach Jim O'Brien, as they commemorate a standout career at The Heights.
