Yarmouth Police arrested a man for his second OUI offense on the Cape early Thursday morning.
At around 2:40 a.m., a Yarmouth Police officer on patrol spotted a car driving erratically along Route 6A in Yarmouthport.
Another officer came in to assist in the stop and found the driver to be intoxicated. Officers also found the man was driving without a license. His passenger was also unlicensed.
The driver, identified as Claudio Siguencia, 23, was arrested for his second OUI offense and his vehicle was towed. He was booked at Yarmouth Police Headquarters and released on personal recognizance after posting his $40 bail.
Siguencia was set to be arraigned later in the day.
