BOSTON — A model in Los Angeles has reportedly filed paternity paperwork saying that Julian Edelman is the father of her unborn child.
According to TMZ Sports, Ella Rose is 5 and a half months pregnant and has had a causal relationship with the Patriots wide receiver for two years.
TMZ also has photos of Edelman holding hands with supermodel Adriana Lima that they say were taken this weekend in Nantucket.
TMZ said they were unable to get a comment on the situation from Edelman's agent.
The Patriots begin their training camp this week, but Edelman is listed on the physically unable to perform list after having two off-season foot surgeries.
The Patriots open their regular season on Sunday, Sept. 11 at Arizona at 8 p.m.
