HINGHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) - A Weymouth man is under arrest, charged with throwing syringes into the ocean in Hingham.
Early Friday morning police noticed 34-year-old David Brennan's car pulled over on route 3A and saw him throw something over the cliff.
When officers investigated they found five syringes on the rocks near the water. One had brown liquid in it that tested positive for heroin.
Police also found heroin and prescription drugs in Brennan's car.
