NEW YORK — A Massachusetts-born actress has reportedly reached a settlement with CBS to keep quiet about her complaints of sexual harassment.

The New York Times, which first uncovered the allegations, reported Watertown-native Eliza Dushku was paid $9.5 million.

She was working on the show "Bull" and complained the lead actor, Michael Weatherly, sexually harassed her during filming -- making sexual jokes and commenting on her appearance.

Dushku complained to the network, but then was written out of the show.

Through mediation, Dushku and the network agreed to the amount she would have been paid if she had stayed on the show for four seasons.
