BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A water main break in Boston shut down Route 93 and caused a major traffic jam Saturday.
At about 7 a.m., there was a water main break near exit 16 on Route 93 southbound, which caused flooding on the highway. Cars were diverted as the southbound lanes were closed between exit 15 and 18, causing a major traffic jam.
All of the lanes were reopened within a few hours.
