WARE, Mass. — A western Massachusetts man was hospitalized after his own bull attacked him.
According to Western Mass News, the 52-year-old man was out in the pasture on his farm while playing around with his bull. The man then turned to fix a piece of the farm's fence, and the bull charged at him, twice. The bull's force launched the bull seven feet into the air.
The man was reportedly able to get the bull back in the pen before his wife called 911.
The man suffered internal injuries, but none were life-threatening, Western Mass News reports. The man has owned the bull for three years.
According to Western Mass News, the bull suffered no injuries. No actions were taken against it.
