WOBURN, Mass. — It's been one year since a Woburn family unexpectedly lost their little boy.
Noah Larson's family is still looking for answers about exactly what happened.
His death was ruled a homicide but there have been few updates in the investigation since then.
A vigil is set to take place Friday night at Joyce Middle School where community members plan to let Noah’s family know they haven’t been forgotten.
Noah and his twin sister were just 15 months old when paramedics were called to their babysitter's home. He was unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital where he died three days later from a traumatic brain injury.
His death was eventually ruled a homicide, but so far no charges have been filed.
The focus of the vigil will be on remembering his life. As short as it was, he likely saved other lives through organ donation.
"He showed the world that no matter even if it's evil, there's always good at the end no matter what,” Noah’s mother Lindsey Kane said.
