ST. LOUIS — St. Louis police released an image of a man hanging out of a car window on a Missouri interstate, apparently holding a weapon, the Post Dispatch reported.
Police believe the man is the person who critically injured a 27-year-old woman who was driving on I-70 Tuesday afternoon, the newspaper reported.
The woman told police she was driving westbound on the interstate when someone in a silver Mercedes-Benz began shooting at her, KTVI reported.
Police said the woman was shot in the lower back and arm, the television station reported. She was in critical but stable condition, police said.
