According to a news release from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service, the frozen, fully cooked chicken items were produced Jan. 31, 2019, by the Pine Bluff, Arkansas, company.

According to the USDA, the recalled product has the establishment number “P-13456” printed on the back of the resealable plastic bag with a "used by" date of Jan. 31, 2020. It was shipped nationwide, according to the USDA release.

    Information on the packaging includes:

The problem was discovered after Tyson Foods notified FSIS of consumer complaints, the USDA said.

The USDA recommends consumers throw the products away.
