SOMERVILLE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Somerville has issued a snow emergency ahead of a winter storm that is forecast to bring as much as 10 inches of snow to some areas.
The emergency goes into effect at 2 p.m. Saturday.
During the emergency parking is allowed only on the odd-numbered side of the street. Residents can also park in municipal or school parking lots. (Click here for a map of parking lots.)
Cars not moved by 6 p.m. will be ticketed and towed.
