Skydiving plane crash lands at Pepperell airport, no injuries

Sky25 was over the airstrip Friday, where the plane could be seen with its nose in the brush off the runway. 

PEPPERELL, Mass. — A skydiving airplane has crash-landed at a small airstrip in Pepperell, according to a police spokesperson.

No one was reported injured in the incident.

The plane, a Cessna Caravan, was off the runway with its nose into the brush Friday afternoon.

The airstrip, called Pepperell Airport, handles no commercial traffic aside from the Skydive Pepperell. It is an available landing strip for private aircraft with permission to land.
