AUBURN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A person is dead after being hit by a vehicle on Route 20 early Thursday morning.
Police received the call just past 4:10 a.m. The victim was described by officials as a man in his 40s.
Both directions Route 20 was closed from Millbury Street to the Worcester line after the accident and re-opened just before 7:30 a.m.
CEMLEC Accident Reconstruction are on scene investigating.
