3:49 a.m.: After hours on the lam, Rhode Island State Police confirmed to WPRI that K-9 Ruby was found safe early Tuesday morning near where she was last seen and is in good condition.

Can you help State Police in Rhode Island find their missing K-9?
Colonel Ann Assumpico announced Monday the department is looking for the public's assistance in finding K-9 Ruby, who went missing earlier in the day.

K-9 Ruby was with Trooper Dan O'Neil when she ran away in the area of Ives Street and Goddard Park.
Animal Control officers in Warwick and East Greenwich have been notified.
Anyone with information on Ruby is asked to contact the Wickford Barracks at 401-294-3371.
