(MyFoxBoston.com) – There are major details on the mysterious death of a Princeton woman who was found on the ground beneath a broken third-story window at her Princeton mansion.
The Worcester Telegram and Gazette reports newly released paperwork shows 65-year-old
Kathleen Desilets had several arguments with her husband after finding out he had been having an affair.
Dr. Roger Desilets told authorities they had a fight on Dec. 6, 2011, at the Worcester Road home, where she hit him. He said they made up, but began fighting again later. He says he heard noises on the third floor and found his wife using a chair to break a window.
The newspaper says he told officers that she either jumped or fell from the momentum of breaking that window. The court documents include an interview with a UMass Memorial doctor. He said Kathleen Desilets had a large hematoma on the back of her head and various bruises all over her body. The bruises were in various stages of healing and some apparently resembled finger marks. The report alleges there were no scratches, cuts, or glass in Kathleen Desilets' hair.
At the hospital, the 69-year-old dentist was read his Miranda rights, but was not arrested or charged. His wife's death is still being called unattended and police told the paper right now there is no person of interest or suspect.
The Worcester district attorney told the paper it remains under investigation.
