Randolph woman taken to hospital with serious injuries after crash

A Randolph woman was taken to the hospital for serious injuries after a crash on Route 24.

The 41-year-old was taken by MedFlight to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston late Saturday night after the two-car crash.

The other driver, a 59-year-old man, was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, but his injuries weren't deemed to be life-threatening.

The road was closed for the MedFlight, and two lanes remained closed for investigation.

The accident happened around 10:20 p.m., and the scene was cleared by 12:30 a.m. with the road fully opened.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
