WESTMINSTER (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A 27-year-old Gardner woman died on Wednesday night after a two-car crash in Westminster.
The Worcester County District Attorney's Office says Elisabeth M. Estrada-Turner collided head-on with a pickup truck shortly after 4 p.m. on Route 140 at Betty Spring Road.
The 27-year-old was pronounced dead a short time later at Henry Heywood Hospital. Her 9-year-old daughter was transported to UMASS Memorial Hospital in Worcester with unknown injuries.
Frank Rosa of Jamestown, R.I. was driving the pickup truck involved in the crash. Rosa and his son Ryan were also transported to Heywood Hospital with unknown injuries.
Police are asking for a potential witness of the crash to step forward. The driver was in a small, dark car that pulled out of Betty Spring Road and headed north on Route 140 around the time of the crash.
