WESTFORD, Mass. — Police responded on Friday after a pedestrian was fatally struck in Westford, Massachusetts State Police say.
The pedestrian was struck around 9 p.m. on Littleton Road in Westford on Friday night, near the corner of Technology Park Drive.

Massachusetts State Police confirmed Westford Police requested their response, with their Collision Analysis Reconstruction Section and with their Crime Prevention and Control unit investigating at the scene.
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office identified the pedestrian as Ulhas Kudva, 45, who was apparently struck while jogging by a driver on Route 110. The driver remained in the area, while the jogger was pronounced dead at the scene.

No charges have been filed in the incident, and the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, the Westford Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis Reconstruction Section are investigating.
