Must-see: 'Fat Vincent' the dog loses half his body weight

HOUSTON — A dog is inspiring people to get fit.

The "Before" and "After" photos of "Fat Vincent" have gotten viral, and it's easy to see why.

Vincent was depressed after his owner died and he was dumped at a county animal shelter in Texas. In the "Before" photo, Vincent weighed in at 38-pounds.

An animal rescue group then took Vincent in, and the pup soon dropped almost half of his body weight. Vincent now weighs in at 17 pounds.

The rescue group says they took him on plenty of walks and had Vincent performing water aerobics.

Good for you, Vincent!
