BOSTON — A homeless man was arrested and charged with murder after a fatal fight on Mass. Ave. Saturday night.
Police say they found a man in his late 40s with life-threatening injuries near South Bay Center around 5:15 p.m. after a report of a fight. The man died of his injuries at Boston Medical Center.
Two homeless men were involved in the fight, according to police and officers were able to find Peter McGowan, 53, shortly afterward.
McGowan has been charged with murder and is expected to appear in court Monday.
