WORCESTER, Mass. – Police investigating a car fire at Hope Cemetery in Worcester last week have arrested an area man.
Steven Foley, 56, of Northborough was arrested Tuesday night in Peabody.
Police have charged Foley with burning a motor vehicle and he is set to appear in Worcester District Court Wednesday.
